NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR AN INTERIM USE PERMIT

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Hanover, Counties of Hennepin and Wright, State of Minnesota, will hold a public hearing on Monday, October 28, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible, at Hanover City Hall for the purpose of receiving written and oral comments from the public on an application for an Interim Use Permit for a mining operation known as the Mahler Pit. This is a new Interim Use Permit for a proposed expansion of the mining operation to approximately 155 acres. The property is generally located east of River Road. The legal description is on file at City Hall.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Independent School District No. 877 (Buffalo-Hanover-Montrose) shall perform a public accuracy test of the optical scan voting system to be used in the District’s November 5, 2019 special election. The test shall be conducted at: Hanover City Hall - Hanover, MN on, Monday, October 28, 2019 at 11:00 o’clock a.m.,  Montrose Community Center - Montrose, MN, on Tuesday, October 29, 2019 at 10:00 o’clock a.m., and Discovery Center - Buffalo, MN on Thursday, October 31, 2019 at 10:30 o’clock a.m.

Interested individuals are authorized to attend and observe.

It is Ordered and Notice is given that on November 26, 2019 at 1:30 p.m., a hearing will be held in this Court at the Wright County Government Center, 10 Second Street NW, Buffalo, Minnesota 55313, on a petition for the adjudication of intestacy and determination of decedent’s heirs, and for the appointment of John J. Any objections to the petition must be raised at the hearing or filed with the Court prior to the hearing. If the petition is proper and no objections are filed or raised, the personal representative will be appointed with the full power to administer the decedent’s estate, including the power to collect all assets; to pay all legal debts, claims, taxes, and expenses; to sell real and personal property; and to do all necessary acts for the decedent’s estate.

Notice is further given that, subject to Minn. Stat. § 524.3-801, all creditors having claims against the decedent’s estate are required to present the claims to the personal representative or to the Court within four (4) months after the date of this notice or the claims will be barred.

On July 24, 2019, the personal representative filed with the court a Petition for Formal Adjudication of Intestacy, Determination of Heirs and Appointment of Personal Representative.
