MOTION

1. Finding Respondent, Benjamin Delbert Arnold, an inactive parent, absent, and unable to be located, failing to abide by the 2015 Custody Order filed on 4/08/2015. Petitioner, Cheryl VonBerge, requests the Court grant relief to her by granting temporary full legal and physical custody of Jacob, Morgan, and Gracie Arnold so all necessary decisions can be made that might require both parent’s consent, as well as for safety purposes;

2. Finding Respondent, Benjamin Delbert Arnold in Contempt of Court for failing to abide by the 2023 Order Modifying Child Support filed on 4/21/2023, Affidavit Exhibit B, by not paying child support, and not paying unreimbursed healthcare expenses, and paying no children’s expenses at all;

3. Petitioner, Cheryl VonBerge, requests the Court grant relief to her by entering judgment for the January 2023 through November 2023 Children’s Expenses in the amount of $2014.18, Affidavit Exhibit C.
