64th Anniversary

Gary and Marlene Johnson, of Buffalo, will celebrate their 64th Wedding Anniversary on October 3, 2023, with their family.

God has blessed them with a loving marriage, and they are looking forward to many more wonderful years together. (P28, D1)

Engagements

Yang-Piechowski

Todd and Jill Piechowski, of Buffalo, along with Jay and Ka Lee Yang, of Brooklyn Park, would like to announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their children, Daniel Piechowski and Pa Nou Yang. The Piechowski boys were engaged within a week of each other this past June.

Danny is a 2010 graduate of Buffalo High School and later completed a degree in Individualized Studies at the University of Minnesota.  He is currently employed as a Data Engineer.

Pa Nou is a 2014 graduate of Patrick Henry High School and is currently employed as a Data Processor.

The wedding will take place in September 2024, and their home is in Dayton, Minn.

Vande Hey-Piechowski

Todd and Jill Piechowski, of Buffalo, along with Joe and Lauree Vande Hey, of Boscobel, Wisc., would like to announce the engagement of their children, Jackson Piechowski and Augusta Vande Hey. The Piechowski boys were engaged within a week of each other this past June.

Jackson, the youngest son of Todd and Jill, is a 2014 graduate of Buffalo High School and the University of Minnesota, where he majored in Physics, with a minor in German. He was commissioned as an officer by the Air Force ROTC.  Jackson is currently pursuing his Masters in Physics and is a Captain in the Air Force. 

Augusta was home-schooled and graduated in 2016, and later graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, earning a degree in Physics. She was commissioned as an officer in the Air Force through ROTC. Currently, Augusta is living at home with her family.

The two met at a church brunch while both were in the Air Force at Wright Patterson AFB. 

They have a December 2023 wedding planned and will be living in Dayton, Ohio.
