Scholarships

Ramón Vega Jr.

Northern State Univ., Aberdeen, SD

     Ramón Vega Jr., of Buffalo, is the winner of the 2022 Mrs. Schaefer Scholarship. The scholarship, named after educator Gloria Schaefer, is awarded annually to one junior or senior at a South Dakota college.

     Vega is a Physical Education and Health major at Northern and a member of the NSU Wolves Baseball Team.

The BHS Class of 1957 will be holding thier 65th Class Reunion on Friday, Sept. 9, 2022, at Huikko’s Bowling & Entertainment Center, located at 1207 Hwy. 25 N. in Buffalo.
